Returns

Instruments and accessories can be returned if they are new and in box within 30 days. Returns must be authorized by ASI. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Return Shipments without authorization will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of merchandise, T-shirts, hats, and cups are non-returnable.
Digital software I.E. firmware is non-refundable.

SSL encryption is the industry standard used for secure commerce transactions over the web, preventing your personal information from being read as it travels across Internet. We do not share your personal information with third parties.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal for online purchases. Personal checks in USD may be used for orders that are mailed to us for delivery in the US or Canada. We’re sorry we do not accept COD orders.

Shipping

Orders generally ship in 3-5 business days via USPS Priority mail. You will be notified via email when your order Ships along with tracking information. Free shipping in the U.S.

Gift orders may be shipped directly by specifying recipients name and address as the shipping address on your order in checkout.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order when your order is placed and another confirmation when it is shipped (including the tracking number).

Sales Tax

A.S.I. is based in the state of Pennsylvania. Orders shipped to an address within the state of Pennsylvania are subject to a 6% sales tax. We do not charge sales tax to organizations with tax exempt status, including schools, universities, or other non-profit entities.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a one year non-transferable limited warranty.
